- Check Your Wifi Signal Strength:
Make sure that tho signal strength of your wifi connection is strong enough. Weak signals can affect streaming quality or completely disconnect you. - Check Your TV Settings:
Your TV may be set to stream in a level that’s below the speed you actually pay for. Make sure your TV is streaming at the highest level. - Restart Your Network Equipment:
Turn off your modem, router, and TV and leave them off for 30 seconds. Turn them back on one at a time, starting with your modem and then your router and then your TV. - Reseat Any Connections:
Check the ethernet and HDMI connections from your modem/router to your TV. Make sure they’re secure and that no wire is loose.
