1. Check to make sure your mobile phone is connected to an active wireless signal.
2. Check to see if there is enough storage space on your device for the app.
3. Make sure your mobile phone has the newest version of its operating system installed.
4. Disable any battery optimization feature or mobile phone manager app that could be interfering with the download or update process.
5. Try downloading and updating the app from the website directly, instead of from an app store.
6. If all else fails, reset your device to its factory settings.
