Examine the charging port on your laptop for any visible obstruction or damage. Also, inspect the power adapter for loose connections. - Clean the port
Use a dry cloth to carefully clean the charging port. Do not use liquids or powders to clean the port. - Use a different power adapter
Try connecting your laptop with a different power adapter – if it works, then you must replace the old one. - Have a technician replace the charging port
