1) Make sure that the laptop’s camera is not disabled in the device settings. To do this, open the Settings menu, click on the Devices option, and enable the webcam.
2) Check if any physical obstructions are preventing the camera from working correctly. Make sure the camera lens is clean and clear of dust and debris.
3) Uninstall and reinstall any driver software related to the webcam.
4) If the above steps do not work, a new webcam may need to be purchased.
