1. Check your modem and router: Ensure your modem and router are securely connected to the power supply and to one another via an ethernet cable. Make sure lights on the modem or router are on and lit up.
2. Restart your modem/router: Disconnect the power cords for 10 seconds and re-connect them to restart the modem and router.
3. Reboot your computer: Shut down your computer and reboot it by pressing the power button.
4. Check if your internet connection has been restored: Once you have completed steps 1-3, navigate to a website to determine if the internet connection has been restored.
5. Contact your internet service provider: If the internet connection is still not working, contact your internet service provider for further assistance.
