To fix a broken or jammed print head:

1. Turn the printer off and unplug it from the wall
2. Open the printer panel and look for any obvious signs of physical damage to the print head
3. Check for any loose cables, remove the print head and examine for any ink residue, check the alignment of the print head with the printer.
4. If there is obvious physical damage, contact the printer manufacturer or replace the part.
6. Re-attach the print head and plug the printer back in
7. Turn the printer back on and perform a test print
