To enable or disable group policy inheritance in Active Directory:

1. Access the Local Security Policy settings by selecting the Run command and typing secpol.msc.
2. Navigate to Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options.
3. Under Security Options, double-click the Network Security: Restrict NTLM: NTLM authentication in this domain policy.
4. Select Enabled and then select Allowed: NTLMv2 response only in the options below.
5. Click Apply and OK.
