To enable or disable automatic group policy updates in Active Directory:

1. Open the Active Directory Administrative Center.
2. Click the Group Policy Management entry.
3. Right click on the target Domain or OU and select Group Policy Update.
4. Select the option Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon.
5. Click the OK button.
