Here are the steps for enabling notifications for form responses in Microsoft Forms:

1. Go to the Form you want to edit and click Settings


2. Under Notifications, click the toggle to turn on or off New response notifications for form owners


3. Under Advanced, click Add to get the form notification address


4. Enter the response addresses where you would like to receive notifications


5. Click Send test notification to test if it works
