How do I delete old emails to make space for new ones?

1. Identify the emails you’d like to delete
2. Select the emails you’d like to delete
3. Organize messages into a folder for archiving if you don’t want to delete them
4. Delete the emails from the inbox
5. Empty trash to permanently delete the emails
