Instructions for customizing your Desktop Icons and Folders:

1. Right click on an empty space on the desktop and select 'Personalize'
2. Open Windows settings and click 'Themes'
3. Select one of the preset themes or clicking 'Get more themes in the Store'
4. To customize individual icons and folders, right click on them and select 'Properties'
5. Under the 'Customize' menu, you can change the icon and color of your folders and files
6. Click 'Apply' to save any changes and enjoy your new and personalized desktop look
