Customize and format page outlines and numbering in OneNote as follows:

1. Open the desired OneNote page
2. Open the Outlining menu at the top of the page
3. Select Numbering or Bullets
4. Highlight the paragraphs or items that you want to number or bullet
5. Customize the format of the number/bullet style to suit your needs.
