How do I create a recurring event with specific dates in my Microsoft calendar?

  1. Open your Microsoft Calendar.
  2. Click the New Event button at the top of the window.
  3. Enter a title for the recurring event.
  4. Select Recurring Event.
  5. Choose the Frequency and Interval of your recurring event.
  6. Select the Start date and End date, which represents the lifetime of the recurring event.
  7. Specify the Start time and End time for each occurrence of your event.
  8. Configure any necessary Exceptions, which are events that do not follow the recurring pattern.
  9. Click Save when finished.
