1. To create a ranking scale question, click the + icon on the left side of the questions area in Microsoft Forms and select the Ranking option.
2. Compose the question and add the answer options at the bottom.
3. Select the option Ranking from the drop-down menu labeled Answer Type.
4. Click Save to save the question.
