To create a new channel in a Teams team:

1. Open the team: On the left side of the app, find the name of the team you want to add a channel to, and click on it.
2. Select ‘More options’: Select the ‘…’ icon beside the team name and select ‘More options’.
3. Create the channel: Select ‘Add Channel’. Give the channel a name and a description and select ‘Save’.
