- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord and unplug it from the wall outlet.
- Carefully open the paper output tray and take out the paper.
- Find the paper feed rollers.
- Wipe the paper feed rollers using a soft damp cloth.
- Reattach the power cord and plug it into the wall outlet.
- Turn the printer back on.
Paper feed rollers might be located at the bottom or back of the printer and may look slightly different than the pictured example.
