1. Turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power source.
2. Open the access door and remove any toner cartridges or other external components.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove any visible dust or dirt inside the printer. Carefully avoid contact with internal circuitry or damage can occur.
4. Mix a mild detergent and water solution.
5. Dampen a clean, lint-free cloth with the solution.
6. Gently rub down the inside of the printer with the damp cloth.
7. Allow to air dry and reassemble.
8. Turn on the printer and check for proper operation.
