To change the network location for the shared drive, you’ll need to:

1. Go to the computer running the shared drive.


2. Go to Network and Sharing Center.


3. Click on Change Adapter Settings.


4. Right click on the ‘Local Area Connection’ and click ‘Properties’.


5. Go to the Networking tab and open the ‘Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)’ property.


6. Select the ‘Use the following IP address’ option and enter the IP address that you wish to assign to the shared drive.


7. Click ‘OK’ to save the changes.
