To change the default printer settings on your laptop, you can follow these steps:
- Check to see that the printer is connected and online
- Right-click on the Start button in the bottom left corner
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu that appears
- Choose Devices and click Printers & scanners
- Select the printer you want to change the settings for and select Manage
