To change the default home page for a specific subsite in SharePoint:

1. Log in to the SharePoint site with a valid user account.
2. Go to the desired subsite.
3. Click Site settings on the bottom left of the screen.
4. Under Look and Feel, click Welcome page.
5. Select the desired page from the Pages list.
6. Save the changes.
