1. From the Teams app:
– Select 'Sign in' or 'Account settings'
– Select ‘Change username’
– Enter your new username
– Save and close

2. From the Office 365 Homepage:
– Sign in with your current username
– Select the 'Edit profile' link
– Select 'Change username'
– Enter your new username
– Save and close
