1. Open the Control Panel and navigate to Programs & Features.

2. Find the entry for your current media player.

3. Click Uninstall or Uninstall/Change.

4. Download and install a new media player.

5. Run the new media player as administrator (if applicable).

6. Set the new media player as the default.
