How do I cancel a print job that is stuck in the queue?

1. Make sure that the printer is turned on and connected to the network.
2. Access the print queue in your computer by clicking the 'Print' button in the document you were trying to print. Select the 'printer' option and then 'Queue'.
3. Identify the document that is stuck in the print queue and click the 'Cancel' button.
4. If the cancellation was successful, a message will be displayed allowing you to know the job as been stopped.
