How do I adjust the screen size on my Smart TV?

Press Home button on the remote control.
Go to Settings and select General.
Select Screen Adjustment, and then Picture Size.
Choose an appropriate option from the list: 16:9, Just Scan, 4:3, Zoom, Wide Zoom, and Cinema Zoom.
