How do I add a Skype for Business meeting to an event in my Microsoft calendar?
- Open the Microsoft calendar.
- Create an event by selecting your start and end times.
- Click on
Skype Meeting
at the top of the event window. - A join link will be generated and saved into the event.
- Invite attendees by entering their names into the
Invite Attendees
section of the meeting details. - When ready to start the meeting, click
Start Skype Meeting
