How do I add a new user to my SharePoint site?


  1. Go to your SharePoint Admin Center.
  2. Locate the Users section.
  3. Click Add a user.
  4. Fill in the required information, including name, email address and role.
  5. Add an optional message for the user.
  6. Click Share to complete the process.
