To add a new parent or guardian email on Microsoft Classroom:

  1. Log in to Microsoft Classroom.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Manage’ tab.
  3. Click on the ‘Guardians’ tab.
  4. Click on the ‘Invite a guardian’ button.
  5. Enter the guardian’s valid email address in the form.
  6. Send the invitation.
