How do I add a location to a Skype for Business meeting in my Microsoft calendar?

  1. Open your Outlook calendar and create a Skype for Business meeting by clicking New Skype Meeting.
  2. In the Meeting tab, add the meeting details, including the location of the meeting and invite any attendee.
  3. Make sure both your Location and Subject fields are filled in.
  4. Once all your meeting information is complete, hit Send.
