How do I add a contact from another organization to my Teams account?

  1. Sign in to Office 365.
  2. Navigate to the Teams app.
  3. In the search field, enter the contact’s email address or name.
  4. Select the contact when they appear.
  5. Send them an invite by selecting the plus sign (+) in the header.
  6. Choose to chat, call, or video message them.
