Use the TEXTJOIN function to combine data from multiple cells in Excel:


  1. Create the list of cells containing data that you want to combine.
  2. Open the function wizard by typing in the =TEXTJOIN formula in the cell where you want to show the joined data.
  3. Select the delimiter that will separate the pieces of data.
  4. Choose which cells you want to join and click OK.
  5. The TEXTJOIN function will display the joined data in the selected cell.
