How can I use data tables in Excel?

  1. Open your Excel worksheet and select the data you would like to put in a table.
  2. Click on the Insert tab on the Ribbon.
  3. Click on the Table icon within the Tables section.
  4. In the Create Table dialog box, confirm that your data is correctly highlighted, then click OK.
  5. Your data will now be displayed in a Professional Table Formatted Table.
