How can I set my Sticky Keys modifier key to lock when pressed twice on Windows 10?

< 1 min read

Follow these steps to open the Windows Settings menu in Windows 10:

  1. Press the ‘Windows’ key on the keyboard (located next to the ‘Ctrl’ and ‘Alt’ keys).
  2. Select the ‘Settings’ icon (looks like a gear). This will open the Settings Menu.
  3. Enter the search term ‘Lock the Sticky Keys modifier key when it’s pressed twice in’ then select the menu that is returned, be sure to exclude the quotation marks.
  4. Change the settings to your desired option(s).
  5. When you are finished the close menu.
