- Check the settings on the machine to make sure it is set to not store any of your printing or photocopying jobs.
- Double check that the devices are secure and have not been tampered with or physically access by an unfamiliar person or organization.
- Make sure the machine has secure access controls in place, and is being monitored, so unsolicited parties are unable to access your data.
- Be sure to use encrypted communication between your device and the public printer/photocopiers.
- Inspect the devices you are using for any signs of malicious software that could be used to access your information.
