1. Check the Recycle Bin of the SharePoint site to see if the document still exists there

2. If the document was not listed in the Recycle Bin, check the second stage Recycle Bin to see if it is still there

3. If the document was found in the second stage Recycle Bin, restore it from there

4. If the document was not able to be recovered from the Recycle Bins then contact the technical support team for help
