How can I create strong and secure passwords for all of my accounts?

1. Use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, symbols, and punctuation marks.
2. Create long passwords, preferably at least 8 characters.
3. Never use the same password twice, regardless if it’s for the same account or a different one.
4. Change your passwords regularly.
5. Try not to use words that people can more easily guess like your name, address, or birthdate.
