How can I create a grid option question in my Microsoft Forms form?

1. Go to ‘New’ and select the ‘Forms’ icon.
2. Select ‘Grid’ under ‘Question Types’ from the form editor ribbon.
3. Enter a prompt in the ‘Question’ field.
4. Create ‘Rows’ and input the corresponding row label and order them accordingly.
5. Create ‘Columns’ and input the corresponding column label and order them accordingly.
6. Add the optional ‘Choice Options’.
7. Select the ‘Required’ checkbox if the question is mandatory.
8. Click ‘Done’ to finish the question.
