To add a YouTube video to your Microsoft Forms form, follow these steps:

1. Copy the video embed code
   On YouTube, find the video you wish to add to your form. Copy the embed code for the video by clicking the ‘Share’ button, then selecting the ‘Embed’ option and copying the provided code.


2. Paste the video code into the form
   Go to your Microsoft Forms form and select ‘+ Question’. Select ‘Introductory text’ to add more content. In the editor box, paste the embed code from YouTube. Select ‘OK’.


3. Preview and save your form
   Preview the form to verify that the video was added correctly. When satisfied, save the form.
