Follow these steps to add a parental/guardian contact to a specific student in Microsoft Classroom:
- Identify the student and collect information about their new contact, including name, email address, phone number, and relationship to the student.
- Sign in to the Microsoft Classroom website, and select the class that the student is in.
- Click the
People
tab located at the top of the page, and selectGuardians
from the left side menu. - Click
Add Guardian
and enter the contact information that you collected earlier. - Select a permission level from the drop-down menu, then click
Save
.
