Follow these steps to add a parental/guardian contact to a specific student in Microsoft Classroom:


  1. Identify the student and collect information about their new contact, including name, email address, phone number, and relationship to the student.
  2. Sign in to the Microsoft Classroom website, and select the class that the student is in.
  3. Click the People tab located at the top of the page, and select Guardians from the left side menu.
  4. Click Add Guardian and enter the contact information that you collected earlier.
  5. Select a permission level from the drop-down menu, then click Save.
