Why is there no sound coming from my Smart TV?

  1. Check the power connection is plugged in.

  2. Check that the remote is working, that the batteries aren't dead, or that the remote isn't too far away.

  3. Check the volume settings of the TV are turned up.

  4. Check if any external devices connected to the TV such as a gaming device, a sound bar, etc. have their volume settings turned down.

  5. Check if your Smart TV is firmware is up to datet.
