- Check that your cable or satellite box is securely connected to your TV.
- Turn off the power on each device and then turn it on again
- Check that the audio settings on your TV are set to the correct input.
- Check the audio connections in the back of your TV, between the source (e.g. cable or satellite box) and the TV, and the audio output (e.g. amplifier or headset socket).
- If possible, connect your device to another TV to check that the noise issue is with the device and not with your TV.
