1. Check all power and video cables to be sure they are securely connected.
2. Power cycle the TV by unplugging it from the outlet for at least a minute. Once it’s been unplugged, plug it back in and power back on.
3. Check the connection sources such as a cable or satellite box, a streaming device etc., to make sure they are powered on and transmitting a signal.
4. Select a different source other than TV mode to make sure the TV is not stuck in an incorrect input.
5. Set the TV to its factory default settings using the factory reset option.
6. If the problem persists, contact your TV manufacturer’s support team for further assistance.
