Why is the video quality on my Smart TV poor?

  1. Check the HDMI cable connection and make sure it is plugged securely into the TV and the device.

  2. Check the video resolution setting on your device and make sure it is set to 720P or higher.

  3. If you are streaming online content, try reducing the amount of data usage.

  4. Update the software and/or the firmware of the device and the Smart TV.

  5. Check the network connection and make sure it is stable.
