- Check if the sound is disabled in the TV’s main menu.
- Verify that the TV is connected to the correct audio source.
- Make sure the TV speaker is setup correctly in the TV’s audio menu.
- Ensure the audio is enabled from the connected device (e.g. DVD player, Blu-ray player, etc).
- Test the sound by playing a movie or video content from the device.
- If necessary, try a different HDMI cable.
- Test another device to try and identify the source of the issue.
