Why is the sound and video not synced on my Smart TV?

  1. Check if the sound is disabled in the TV’s main menu.
  2. Verify that the TV is connected to the correct audio source.
  3. Make sure the TV speaker is setup correctly in the TV’s audio menu.
  4. Ensure the audio is enabled from the connected device (e.g. DVD player, Blu-ray player, etc).
  5. Test the sound by playing a movie or video content from the device.
  6. If necessary, try a different HDMI cable.
  7. Test another device to try and identify the source of the issue.
