The following steps may be helpful in diagnosing why your Smart TVs volume control isn’t working:

1. Check the power cord and power outlet Turn off your Smart TV, unplug the power cord and plug it back into the power outlet.
2. Check the Audio Settings on your TV Check the Audio Settings in the menu for any incorrect settings or selections.
3. Check the Audio Cable Unplug the audio cable or HDMI cable from the back of your Smart TV and plug it back in securely.
4. Restart your Smart TV Unplug the power cord from your Smart TV and then plug it back in.
