- Check to see if your remote is still connected : are any other buttons functional?
- Check your TV settings: look for an audio setting that might mute or change the volume
- Check your remote. If the remote is battery operated, make sure the batteries haven’t gone old or gone missing.
- Look for hidden compartments in the remote or TV itself. If there is an external sound bar or speaker connected to the TV, make sure it is not blocking your remote from working properly.
- Contact your Manufacturer’s support team if none of the above steps have resolved the issue.
