- Check Remote Batteries – Make sure all batteries in the remote are properly installed and charged.
- Replace Remote with New One – Try replacing the remote with a new one to see if this solves the issue.
- Reset Smart TV – Unplug the power cord from the back of the TV then replug it back in. This will reset the Smart TV.
- Check for Firmware Updates– Search your make and model of Smart TV to see if any firmware updates need to be installed.
- Replace Smart TV Remote App – Some Smart TV’s come with an accompanying app to control your TV. Check to make sure your app is up to date in the App Store.
