Why is my Smart TV not displaying any apps on the home screen?

  1. Check if the Smart TV is connected to the internet

    Make sure your Smart TV is connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.

  2. Check if Smart Hub needs to be updated

    Depending on your Smart TV model, search for and select any available updates for your Smart Hub programs.

  3. Check if the Apps are installed
    Make sure the desired apps are installed. If not, go to the App store and search for the apps to download and install them.

  4. Refresh the Smart Hub

    If the issue persists, try resetting the Smart Hub or refreshing the Smart Hub. This can typically be done in the Smart Hub settings.
