Why is my Smart TV not displaying any apps in the app store?

Make sure that you are connected to the internet and that the connection is strong enough.

  1. Check that your smart TV is compatible with the app: Check the manufacturer’s website for a compatibility list.
  2. Check for software updates: If updates are available, install them.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app: In the store, uninstall the app first and then reinstall it.
  4. Restart the TV: Unplug the TV and plug it back in. Make sure the plug is securely connected.
