Please check the following items:
- Check the coaxial cable is firmly connected to the back of your TV and to the wall outlet.
- Do a channel scan while at home to pick up available broadcasts.
- Check the antenna is properly connected and positioned to get a good signal.
- For an amplified antenna, check the power source for the amplifier.
- If the antenna is positioned inside or near a metal object such as an indoor antenna, moving it to a more open location might help improve the reception.
