Why is my Smart TV not detecting any channels during a channel scan?

Please check the following items:

  1. Check the coaxial cable is firmly connected to the back of your TV and to the wall outlet.

  2. Do a channel scan while at home to pick up available broadcasts.

  3. Check the antenna is properly connected and positioned to get a good signal.

  4. For an amplified antenna, check the power source for the amplifier.

  5. If the antenna is positioned inside or near a metal object such as an indoor antenna, moving it to a more open location might help improve the reception.
