Why are some of my Smart TV apps not working or crashing?

1. Check if the network is down


2. Check the router if it is properly configured and connected


3. Check if the channels are properly tuned


4. Restart the router and check if the apps are working


5. Unplug the router and TV for a few minutes then plug back in and check


6. Check for software updates in the TV settings


7. Check if the apps are properly installed and configured
